the hotel was great with very pleasant people with a such an obnoxious member of staff.

The upgraded room barely improved anything!!! The tiny balcony, poor kitchen space, lack of a microwave, and awkward shower size were disappointing. Plus, how hard is it to get the hot and cold taps right? A little maintenance goes a long way!!!

Extra guest friendly and location to 2nd Road and all the bars. Rooms were very good and spacious with good additional amenities.

very close to main attractions. variety of restaurants around. relatively quiet area.

I had a great experience , enjoying the hotel's fantastic access to central festival pattaya beach and the vibrant walking street, making my city strolls convenient and enjoyable.

the hotel was not luxury than i thought and the breakfast was quite poor.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a minibar, satellite television and climate control. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my separate bathroom. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for walking around a shopping mall...

On the bright side, the staff were super friendly and helpful!

The LK is one of the better hotels in the area and in a good central location for soi 8, soi buako, 2nd road and walking street - opposite mikes shopping mall. The breakfast is good although not buffet style and in the hotel is the best non extra massage in pattaya. Older ladies all fully trained and for the same as 2nd road prices you could with the pool make it a spa holiday. The staff are really friendly and it is excellent value for what you get.

There were a refrigerator, an electric kettle and air conditioning in the room, appreciated that. Its location was magnificent, short walk to a great Thai restaurant where many locals and tourists stop to eat, and bars that go on all night until 6 am.

The one-bedroom suite at LK Residence had a great layout. Spacious with a kitchenette, living area, and multiple balconies added a nice touch. Daily room cleaning kept everything tidy, and the air conditioning worked well. The noise from the lively bar complex nearby often lingered until 2 AM, which may not suit everyone. The small pool area wasn't crowded, but it felt a bit neglected. I appreciated having a good-sized fridge, but the kitchenette lacked cooking appliances aside from a microwave. Parking isn't directly at the hotel. It's necessary to park a little further down the road, which can be inconvenient. The hotel's proximity to various restaurants and shopping centers is convenient for finding meals. Despite some drawbacks, I had a pleasant time .

Based on my short stay, I'd like to highlight the design of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms.

Good interior, decorated with old English style fixtures.

There is no maintenance plan I think. Insects and cockroaches found at least six times in three days stay I.E. in toilet, bedroom and even in buffet breakfast table. Smelly towels in washrooms. Overall, hotel needs a lot of maintenance and renovation. Poor housekeeping.
